Chef ronnie said raisin breads won't be raisin breads without the mollasses, yep, no mollasses this time ;-), defiant me!, nope, forgot to buy the mollasses in quiapo so i had to do with whatever i got (dark brown sugar in lieu), and no loaf pans ready huhuhu..... but it turned out just fine though! 4 loaves on a third of the recipe, not bad for a first attempt....
