We are on a quest, and are not discouraged by our collective suspicion that the perfection we look for in art is about as likely to turn up as is the Holy Grail. That is one of the reasons we, I mean we humans, are not only the creators, translators and consumers of literature, but also its subjects.
Indeed, you are absolutely not mistaken....each of us are on a quest, like one which is never ending....the perfection that we seek seems far reaching, perhaps because we pursue it on the human level of understanding, innate limitation as it is. We may never know the answers but many times we see glimpses, that, may be good for now....such encounters can delight even just for some fleeting moments.....
