Batanes: Ivatan architecture

 Visit Batanes while its distinct beauty, culture and people still remain in the island, yes "modernization" is something we all have to face, and those who can afford it leave no stone unturned! I hope they can still preserve what's left, and more responsible people visit and invest in this island paradise. Here's one significant story as told in a tv documentary on the island, it featured a little store with no one manning it, open to anyone, a place you buy and leave your payment and you take your own change....all about pure honesty....that's something we cannot find anywhere!
