"Princes Diana" was a life-sized cake sculpture created from
pound cake and buttercream icing. It had a specially built internal cake
stand. This sculpture was made for a special display in Canada. After
sending photos of the cake to Princess Di, Roland received a very nice
letter from Buckingham Palace stating how much the Princess enjoyed seeing
such a fantastic cake.
