Lemon Yogurt Muffins | Macheesmo

Lemon Yogurt Muffins
Makes 12 muffins.

- 2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (plus some for muffin tins)
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 Cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 lemon, zest and juice (1/2 juice for muffins and 1/2 for glaze)
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup milk
- Pinch of salt

Lemon Glaze:
- 2 Cups confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
