How To Make French Crepes/Pancake "Crêpes Française"
In a blender add:
1L milk
5 eggs
1 tablespoon oil
One half tablespoon butter
1 packet or a teaspoon of yeast cake
1 packet or a teaspoon of sugar vanilla / or extract of vanilla
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup + 1/ 2 cup white flour cake
Mix everything well and pour into a bowl.
Use
a non-stick frying pan, a new one which will be used in future for the
crepes/pancakes only otherwise the crepes/ pancakes will not be fully
cooked and will not succeed.
