The smell of bread, the sight of icings on cakes, the mere mention of chocolates, strawberries, nuts....all of this excite me! I am here to share with you a collection of my favorite recipes, some of them i've already tried baking and eating of course (!), the rest took my palate's interest. I will bake them for sure too. Baking is fun. Don't be scared to try. You will be surprised at what you can do. It is total amazement for me when I saw my first dough rising, the first foam I made from eggwhites and sugar, the first icings tasting real good, the little arts you put on cakes....it is pure excitement. I did it! You can do it too. Yes, there are many trials and errors, but baking is like life, you will never know until you try, and you go through different experiences until you are able to perfect it, well let's go near-perfect ;-). And you can be pretty innovative too. You put your personality to your baking. The true secret to good cooking actually is in what one puts into it. If you have your heart and soul on it, if you are passionate about what you are doing, if you aim to share that gastronomical high with the people you love or simply want to share your love for cooking....everything comes easy (and manageable!).
