`Uqbah bin `Amir (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Do you not know that last night certain Ayat were revealed the like of which there is no precedence. They are: `Say: I seek refuge with (Allah) the Rubb of the daybreak' (Surah 113), and `Say: I seek refuge with (Allah) the Rubb of mankind' (Surah 114).''

"There is no precedence'' means that there is no other complete Surat in the Qur'an on this subject, except these two. For this reason these two Surat are called (Al-Mu`awwidhatain) which means two Surat which we use to seek Allah's protection.
باسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Surah Al-Falaq
Qol a'utho bi Rabb al Falaq
Say: "I seek refuge with (Allāh) the Lord of the daybreak, (Al-Falaq 113:1)
Min sharri ma khalaq
"From the evil of what He has created; (Al-Falaq 113:2)
Wa min sharri ghasiqin 'itha waqab
"And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it sets or goes away). (Al-Falaq 113:3)
Wa min sharri alnafathati fil 'uqad
"And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, (Al-Falaq 114:4)
Wa min sharri hasidin 'itha hasad
"And from the evil of the envier when he envies." (Al-Falaq 113:5)

Qol a'udhu bi Rabbi al nas
Say: "I seek refuge with (Allāh) the Lord of mankind, (An-Nas 114:1)
Maliki al nas
"The King of mankind, (An-Nas 114:2)
'Illahi al nas
"The Ilāh (God) of mankind, (An-Nas 114:3)
Min sharri al waswasi al khanas
"From the evil of the whisperer (devil who whispers evil in the hearts of men) who withdraws (from his whispering in one's heart after one remembers Allāh), (An-Nas 114:4)
Al ladhi yiwaswisu fi siduri al nas
"Who whispers in the breasts of mankind, (An-Nas 114:5)
Min al jinnati wa al nas
"Of jinns and men." (An-Nas 114:6)
